Elect began with a partnership between experienced people who shared the same view of how electrical work should be delivered. They understood that technical ability was only part of a successful project. Good work also depends on proper preparation, clear communication and people who are willing to take responsibility.
The aim was to build a business capable of delivering substantial commercial and industrial projects without becoming distant or difficult to work with, a business with high standards on site, straightforward advice and a team that stays close to the project.
That shared approach continues to shape Elect today, bringing Electrical, EV Charging and PV & Battery Storage together under one connected brand.

MEET THE Team
The people behind Elect.
ROB TAYLOR
Director
Rob started his career as an apprentice at NG Bailey and has spent 20 years working across commercial and industrial electrical projects.
He has managed jobs of all sizes, including major LV and HV infrastructure upgrades in food manufacturing. He brings that experience to the planning and delivery of Elect’s projects.
Rob remains hands-on with the work while helping to develop Elect’s EV charging, solar PV and wider energy infrastructure projects. He stays close to the practical decisions, bringing his project experience to new opportunities as they take shape.

JASON JOHNSON
Director
Jason has worked in the electrical trade for 24 years, starting in domestic work before moving into commercial and industrial projects.
An Approved Electrician with experience across the trade, he enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems and finding practical solutions. He takes pride in doing the job properly and building good relationships along the way.
Jason stays hands-on with Elect’s commercial and industrial work, keeping close to existing clients and the needs of their sites. He helps shape practical solutions as those relationships develop and keeps the focus on delivering the work properly.
An Approved Electrician with experience across the trade, he enjoys getting stuck in, solving problems and finding practical solutions. He takes pride in doing the job properly and building good relationships along the way.
